Transition and Career Coach with Holistic Approach

I know what it's like: adapting to another country, redefining myself as a mother and professional, and finding a path that wouldn't leave me behind.

Today I support women, especially mothers and migrants, to reinvent themselves professionally in Switzerland without giving up their well-being or their family.

“My mission is to strengthen families and contribute to a more just and humane society. I believe that when a woman grows to her full potential, without sacrificing her well-being or her family, she not only transforms her own life, but society is enriched.”

My Story

When I arrived in Switzerland from Colombia, my path seemed set: to continue my legal career within an organization. But between the language, the system, and the way experience was valued, I felt I had to start over. I pushed myself harder than ever, even postponing my desire to become a mother.

With the birth of my children, everything changed: my priorities, my pace, my definition of success. And one question began to resonate strongly: How can I grow professionally without betraying the mother I want to be?

I paused. Not to give up, but to reconnect with myself and refocus. I left behind a model of success that no longer resonated with me and discovered a path I hadn't even considered before. Exploring my creativity as an entrepreneur was part of that journey. And harmony, the way I chose to travel it.

Along this journey, I've gathered valuable lessons that I can now share. That's why today, I support women who also want to grow without falling behind and move forward coherently toward a success that brings peace.

My Experience

In addition to my personal journey, I have a solid academic and professional background that supports every program I design:

  • ICF certified coach, with a holistic approach focused on personal and professional growth.
  • Experience in managing educational projects in multicultural environments, especially in Switzerland.
  • Training in Law and Development, with a focus on social impact and inclusion.
  • More than 15 years of experience in the Swiss market.
  • Experience as an entrepreneur in both the service sector and the gastronomic field.
  • Experience in facilitating learning and training programs in areas such as law, economics and entrepreneurship.

From management to coaching and program facilitation, these institutions have been part of my professional journey in Switzerland.
