What is Harmony?
It is a conscious wellness and productivity program designed for women who feel they do a lot but make little progress, and want to regain balance between their personal, family, and professional lives.
It helps you organize your priorities, regulate your energy, and move forward without guilt or exhaustion, aligning your time with what really matters to you.
With a clear and sustained focus, Armonía combines self-management strategies, mindfulness, and effective organization so that you can live and work with more calm, presence, and purpose.

How Does Harmony Work?
Armonía is a 7-week, 100% online, individual program in Spanish. It includes short content, guided activities, 6 one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing support between sessions.
Each week you will work on an essential axis to strengthen your well-being and productivity:
